These return policies do not affect your Statutory Rights.
As a general rule unwanted items must be returned unused and unopened, within 14 days of receipt.

See below for our interpretation of “New unused” and “New unopened”.
New unused:
In original undamaged packaging, that may be opened. No signs of use or damages e.g. scratches, tear. Items in these categories must be returned in their original and undamaged packaging.
Any item returned in damaged packaging will incur a 10% repackaging fee.
BMC reserves the right to refuse refund for any item returned without its original packaging.
New unopened:
The item must be in its original packaging and unopened. Items in these categories will not be refunded if it is opened.
Any items returned opened but unused will incur a 5% repackaging fee, this fee will be deducted from your payment before refund is processed.
If you return items in which you’ve saved personal information, such as laptops, cameras or other electronic devices, you must erase this information completely before sending the product back to us.

We won’t accept the return of any software returned to us if it’s been opened. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product isn’t received in new, unopened condition.
